Booking

50% of the total amount required as an advance for confirmation of your bookings.
Booking would not be treated confirmed if above said advance is not been deposited.

Cancellation more than 15 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount is retained.
Cancellation 15 days to 0 days before arrival: 100% retention (no refund).
The Refund will be processed in 7 working days.

Cancellation more than 6 months before arrival: 30% of the total amount is retained.
Cancellation 3–6 months before arrival: 50% of the total amount is retained.
Cancellation less than 3 months before arrival: 100% retention (no refund).
The Refund will be processed in 7 working days

Check-in time is 1:00 PM, Check-out time is 11:00 AM
Early arrival is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, please contact our reservations team.
Guests are requested to carry valid ID proof at the time of check-in. Passports for foreign nationals and Driving licenses, Aadhar cards, or passports for Indian nationals are accepted as identity proofs.
Room allocation will be as per manager’s discretion.
Early Check-In Charges: Before 9 am - 100%, 9 am to 1 pm - 50%
Late check-Out Charges: 11 am to 1 pm - 50%, After 1 pm - 100%

All the events, weddings, and wedding shoots (Pre/ Post) would need prior approval, failing which management has the right to refuse the same without any notification
